Windows switching to aero basic after booting up

I had this issue yesterday, but after fixing it, I turned my PC back on from overnight and the error of my PC going from aero to basic has occurred again, I tried the fix that used to work of uninstalling my GPU entirely and reinstalling it, but it hasn't worked and have nothing else to do.

Specs: AMD FX-6300 CPU, Nvidia GALAX 970 GPU, 8GB RAM, MSI Gaming 970 mobo

You could try the Aero troubleshooter if you haven't already. It helped me once:
