Windows System 32 - Error pop-up

I need help with this issue, after rebooting my Windows 8, I get this pop-up message :

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\HKCMD.EXE <<<<< This was in all Caps, so this is why I did it this way.

Windows Cannot Find.( on the pop-up )

Maxie hi.. I was able to locate it using some suggestions from the forum.. I just deleted it..

No .......it was not a pop-up from AVAST.. it would pop-up after I rebooted or started my day on the pc.
Thank you for your suggestion. I'll try to keep yours in mind if something like this ever happens again.
