I HEARD that this is an issue with the built-in motherboard video card and my graphics card driver. turning it off was the only solution i could find, BUT wouldn't that mean that if i reinstalled w7, it wouldn't have video UNTIL i installed my video card driver? Which means it would make reinstalling impossible since it relies on onboard video before it installs?
