Solved Windows Update Apply at Windows Starting / Windows Logo
i want ask, usually update applying at welcome and when shutting down screen right? is that normal if my update apply at starting windows logo? is that something wrong with my Windows 7 ?

That's normal. It's just putting the update to bed.

Don't worry. Nothing is wrong. It is just finishing the update on startup. Some updates do that.
