Hi, this is the latest to my understanding.
KB3161647 - Windows Update Client for Windows 7: June 2016 is also imbedded in June 2016 Update Rollup for Windows 7 SP1 KB3161608

MeOnMine: Thanks, I was just reading about the Update Client being included in the June Rollup. There's also a July Rollup, so I guess that one also includes the WUC file.
To be honest, I haven't been game to apply the Rollup in case it breaks my carefully configured W7 Ultimate install of February 2016 Or MS has managed to sneak in a tricky rootkit that clandestinely installs an unremovable version of W10.
