What Anti-Virus and other Security Software are you running?

Please post an MGADiag report - it may show something...

we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response, inside a Code Box (# in the quick reply menu bar)

The profile picks up your location from your IP address, I believe.
If your IP address shows to the Windows servers the same as it does to the forum, then that would explain your problems.
If you are using some form of proxy server or anonymiser, I suggest that you disable it.
