Windows Update Error 800700A1

So I been trying to install KB3000850 for a few days now on windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit, I have tried running update troubleshooter and even Mrfixit tool from microsoft with no luck I tried running /scannow and it found a few corrupt files errors which it can't fix if anyone knows whats up with this because I tried all my usual tricks and from what I am reading there's something with the CBS.log or something but that's starting to get out of my depth.

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file

Ok I am running the DISM using the window CD as Repair source now (I think anyway)

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:F:\RepairSource\Windows /LimitAccess I believe that's it anyway and will post the files once its done.
