Windows Update Error 800F081F + Log - Pls Help Me

Hello everybody!!!

I'm trying to install SP1 on my Windows 7 x86, with intel Atom.

I tried everything. I've uninstalled, reinstalled it again all of the updates.
I have used many registry fixers, but nothing helps.
I followed many articles around the web. even from the official Microsoft blogs.
I tried the sfc /scannow, but not any integrity violated on my device.

My antivirus is the official Microsoft Security Essentials

I tried the autonomous Windows update installer, but it doesn't load.
I tried to install the SP1 thru the Windows Update:
It asks me to install the new software for Windows Update.
I click "Install Now".
The Windows update closes itself and reopen, with error 800F081F.
I never had the SP1 in this Laptop before. But now I really need it for work.
