Windows Update error 8020002E

Hello,

I tried to install some updates this morning, which failed with error 8020002E. The computer is running Windows 7 64bit, and I keep it regularly updated.

I have followed the instructions posted here:

The SURT finished installing, sfc /scannow did not find any "integrity violations".

The CBS folder zipped up is 20MB, so I can't upload it. I've zipped up CBS.log and uploaded that. What else is needed?

Please post the CheckSUR.log file, and the latest CBSPersist.cab file - there are no significant errors in the current CBS data

Which updates actually failed? - your error suggests that it's simply a case of the download not completing for some reason.

I'm just trying to install the latest updates for my machine, namely:

None of them install.
