Windows Update Error Code 80073712

I have corrupted files in my Winsxs/Manifests folder causing Windows update error. The log attached below contains info of the corrupted files. I need help in finding these proper files and how to replace them.

Hi Arkon,
One of the corrupted files is the Trusted Installer, just not enough info on the rest.

This file is a target for malware, as it controls the permissions for ALL downloads

I would run Malwarebytes, uncheck the trial, but enable the Rootkit detection in the dashboard, then run ESET online scan, dissable your current AV.
