The fixes on Microsoft page don't work with Windows 7 so:
- I checked the Hosts file manually >> no Microsoft/Windows addrexxes.
- Reset the Proxy settings via command line.

Found a problem with Windows Update Datastore (Error 0x8024402C) but it run for hours and couldn't repair it.

And finally can you rerun the tool after the chaXXXs,

I hide Part of the Key (that was clear on the report), that's all

and i assure you, i did not ran the KB971033, my Windows 7 is genuine it came with the machine so i have no problem authenticating it but i really need Office now, can you still help, i'll try to get an alternative later.

why STUPID? i don't know which thing i did made you feel that way but i am sorry.

Since i need it right now, i can't remove. i understand you can't help (it's one less problem for you to help with).

Me mentioning that i did hide the key with ((by wept2016)) in the report was NOT thinking you are STUPID.
