You appear to be using AVG? what other security software do you have installed?

The CBS log isn't complete - it cuts off before the end of the scan (what is there looks OK). Please reboot and post just the CBS.log file while I sort out a fix protocol for the CheckSUR errors.

That's normal - the file is permanently in use.
The CBS/SFC log is clear - so we can replace the 'bad' files from the CheckSUR report.....

I've uploaded a file - likaa.zip - to my SkyDrive at Noel's SkyDrive
Please download and save it.
Right-click on the downloaded file, and select Extract all…
Extract to the default location - which will create a new folder likaa in the same place.
Open this folder - there should be one folders inside it ( Packages)

Copy the content of the Packages folder to the folder
C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages

Now run the CheckSUR tool again (it may take a while)

Post the new CheckSUR.log file, and the CheckSUR.persist.log file.

It's fun, most of the time :)
The problem with the missing files isn't actually all my fault - I did include the files for that patch, but the wrong version. I'm having to ask someone else if they have the correct version, as that one was withdrawn by MS soon after release (it caused a few problems in some machines)
I probably won't be able to post a new fix until Sunday afternoon.
