Windows Update error

Ive followed the instructions posted here:

The error code i get is: 8024402f (screenshot attached).

There are no problems showing in either log.

Please run the Fixit in this article, and post back with the results.
Windows Update error 80244016, 8024402f, or c80003fa

Did you reboot after running the fixit and before attempting the updates?
Exactly which updates are failing?

Yes i did, and its windows Update

That only tells me that something is failing - please look in the Update History and list ALL the updates which are failing, currently.

The lack of an update history is usually caused by having cleared the SoftwareDistribution folder - it should have been rebuilt by the system on the reboot and partially-populated by the next attempt to install updates.
Please reboot, and do another manual Check for Updates., - what updates are listed?
Attempt to install them - what happens, and do they appear in the history either as failed or successful?
