Hi,

I am getting unknown error code 80073712 for the last four windows updates and they will not install. One of them is IE10 which fails with error code 9C59. I tried install on clean boot, and ran chkdsk but no success. I am attaching screenshots and zip of log files as suggested for this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
sfc /scannow did not find any integrity violations.

Thanks.

Thanks for the pointers Jacee. I ran the Windows Update Readiness tool a few times before I posted retried the updates and it did not work. I also read the article on "Troubleshooting a failed installation of Internet Explorer 10" and its suggestions simply do not apply to my system, except turning of the anti-virus and trying to reinstall which also did not work. Any other suggestions? Is there a way to just erase the component store and let Windows rebuild it?
Thanks.

I just ran Microsoft Fix It, it claimed the it fixed incorrectly configured update components, but it also did not work.
