Windows Update Graphics Adapter - Failed

Hello - The Hotfix I downloaded from the SURT in the updating instructions fixed something and all of the other updates I was having an issue with installed correctly. This last one, however, keeps failing.

/scannow did not find any integrity violations

Windows Update error code 80070103 is displayed if you try to install a device driver that is already installed on your PC or if the driver that you are trying to install, has a lower compatibility rating, than the one you have already installed on your Windows computer.

Additionally, your post states that the update is "Optional" meaning you don't need to install it.

Further research indicates the last update for your Intel Corp Graphics Adapter is/was 03/22/2016

The current Windows 7 64-bit drivers at the Intel site for the Intel HD Graphics 4600 device are:

10.18.14.5117 - for 4th generation Intel processors, posted January 10, 2020

10.18.14.5126 - for 5th generation Intel processors, posted March 25, 2020

My Dell OptiPlex 9020 minitowers have a 4th generation Intel processor and the same graphics device.
The first listed graphics driver installed and works fine.
