Windows update help

Windows update has all of a sudden stopped updating itself. I noticed this when I had spotted that the time, down the right hand corner, was wrong - it reset itself or something. Below is screenshot. Please help. Also I already reset windows update a few mins ago, but it hasn't sorted anything out.

Anyone? Also, Google Chrome seems to be given me problems, like I can't access twitter etc.
