Windows Update KB4530692

Still after checking for the Windows Updates again 3 times now, this Kb4530692 doesn't appear yet. I have already those other 2 KB files that are required to get first.
And also the one for IE11 Kb4530677 one doesn't show up either.

Download Windows updates manually.

• Go to the official Microsoft update catalog;
• Enter a specific update code, for example, KB4481031
• Select the correct version and click Download
• Click on the link and Windows will update your computer
