So I'm sure you guys have noticed this before. On another computer (vista home prem) I updated Windows and it got stuck on the loop when restarted finishing up at the
3 of 3 ( 0 % ) area
I don't have any disk to insert, all I have is another vista ultimate but I don't want to install that on the computer. What can I do? Is there something that I can download to flash drive to boot from to where I could be able to create a system restore? Thanks for all the help in advance.
