Windows update not updating Windows update agent

and it was not detecting a update for Windows update agent now it is but i cannot install it

Solved, the culprit was Comodo Firewall's Defense + blocking access for it to update which is odd because it was added to the trusted files

With your problem sorted out, i suggest the use of windows firewall and adjust filters for IE?
