Windows Update not working - error code 80070658

Hello

I have been trying do a windows update fora few months now, but it looks like my windows office 2010 updates are not installing. I have run the CheckSUR multiple times and replaced some packages, which addressed some of the errors, but I am still missing some manifest files which I cannot obtain from a Windows 7 machine. I have hopefully followed the instructions in the "Windows Update Posting Instructions" and I will attach the necessary logs. If more information is needed, please let me know and I will do my best to include it in this post.

I would appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.

Thank you very much for your help; I have run these two executable files and attached the results. Also, thank you for directing me to the Windows community thread, that could b part of the problem and I will have to find my Windows 2010 original installation DVD's.

Hi ForestFox,

3 of the 4 manifests belong to a Visual basics C++20XX program installed on your system.
Easy fix Uninstall/re-install

the other is only an image and shoudn't give you a problem.

As for Office 2010, i think you can download it from MS, you only need your Key
Run Belarc it will pull all your product keys

please post all of the 50212 tool results please
im intrigued by what i can see in the partial, where'd you get the key, its in the MSDN range.

Thanks so much for all of the information, that is so helpful!

I am not sure what you mean when you say "post all of the 50212 tool results please" - do you mean part of the Belarc Advisor report?

As for the key, I think the key I used was a Technet key, as I was a subscriber until the program was terminated in 2013/2014.
