Windows Update problem

I have a very weird windows update problem

You can se the picture the failure on the picture in the attached file.

Help anyone.

Welcome to the forum,
There's a troubleshooter in the control panel you could try.
If that doesn't help just post back.

does'nt help anything.
It just says problem can not be found

It Changed nothing. and there were nothing to see in the scan log.

Did this just start? How long ago did you install 7?

The Computer is about 5 month old and we bought 6 of them and all of them have the same problem. This is the first time they have been connected to the internet. So this is the first time I tried to run windows update.

Could it be an error from the company? Maybe they have made a mistake in the software they installed on the computer or ?

The first time connected to the internet, So are they Validated yet?
Genuine Microsoft Software
After that I can only suggest that you check back because there are a few members here that are very knowledgable with windows update issues and they can offer much better solutions than I've been able come up with so far.

Yep they are validated.

So i will check back now and see if I can find anything, that can help me.
