windows update question

Here's one for you......Why is it when widows releases updates and you receive them, and you have more than one computer....networked or not......that each computer some running the exact same specs than others, that the updates for each computer arrive at different days and times? Very odd.....Just curious.

You can check your update settings on each computer. They are probably set to check at different times. Microsoft releases its updates on Tuesdays, and if a computer is set to "automatically" update, it should happen then. If it is set to "check" for updates on, say, Thursday, then it won't happen till then.

well that just slipped right past me......they make medicine for that. The most obvious answers are the first overlooked....I'll check that and set them all for the same time. Thanks.
