Windows update service disabled

Hello All

Someone put of my update service on windows 7 professional. How can I turn it back on as my windows essential anti virus wont update either?

Please help me.:mad:

Start>>Search>>services.msc find Windows Update service set to AUTO (DELAYED) and next run manually service
