windows update setting wont budge

Hello! my name is Ryan and I am new to this forum.

I have a little problem. the windows update wont let me change the 'important updates' setting
I tried a lot of ways to conquer it but nothing happens.
(yeah it is....kinda a set back)

any kind of help will be really appreciated.

This setting is sometimes locked because of the install of a hacker's Activation Exploit.
Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report.

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
