windows update setting

hello everyone will any body tell me, what will happen when i chage setting inside windows update to never ask for updates, what will be the defect and what will happen in the future days.

As I understand it, Windows Updates will effectively be shut down and your computer becomes vulnerable to a virus infection and rootkit attacks.

It is certainly something I would vehemently not recommend and I can't understand why you would even consider doing it.



You'll notice from the screenshot that the time for downloading updates will be greyed out if you choose to prevent updates from being downloaded.

If Windows Update Setting is turned OFF {NEVER check for updates} you will be exposed to all the nasties of the cyber world & your computer life will be severely compromised as a result.
Don't contemplate doing it!

BTW Make sure your computer IS fully updated at all times.
