Hello : I have never had a issue with windows update but seems like I'm having a issue with updates for office 2013 ? ideas

You can set up an internet based storage location such as Drop Box, upload the log ZIP file there, and then post the link after sharing the file. That's what I had to do because my file was too big, and it seemed to work just fine.
