The easy way around this is to do a system restore. Then go to start in the search bar type compatability click on run programs etc.. then start again..

That's what I did, that's why that happened.

What were you troubleshooting for? I think you have problems with windows updates. Try resetting it.

Someone can close this thread. I just formatted the computer. Parents scolding at me, cuz of the how much time it's taking for me to fix this Q_Q
