May try also these things:

1.Reset HOSTS file by using "MS fix it" How do I reset the hosts file back to the default?
2.Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on cmd.exe as admin) and type:

fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\

+restart

3.Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on cmd.exe as admin) and type below commands:

takeown /f C:\Windows\WinSxS\*.xml /A

press ENTER

icacls C:\Windows\WinSxS\*.xml /grant Administrators:F

press ENTER

del C:\Windows\WinSxS\*.xml

press ENTER

del C:\Windows\Temp\*.*

press ENTER

4.Try this tool Rizone Security Restore 0.2.2.228 | Rizone Technologies
