My computer has not been able to receive Automatic Updates since June, 2012. There are two updates (Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems - KB2676562 and Update for Windows 7 for x64-based systems - KB2679255) and I have tried to install both of these manually, but Windows Update tells me that I still need to install them. Looking at the Update History, it seems that they have been "successfully" installing for about a year. I've also tried the suggested Hot Fixes for Windows, tried turning off my firewall, and turning off my antivirus. I'm at a real loss! Any suggestions?
