Windows upgrade help please

I have been trying to uppdate my computer through cd but after i click install now, it will tell me to insert a new cd driver but i dont have any. please help me

We can help, but we need far more information.

What are your computer specs and how old is it?

Is it Windows 7 you are trying to install?

Have you tried downloading drivers from the HDD manufacturer's support site first?

If all else fails you can always create a bootable USB flash drive, as this tutorial explains.

You have been told a few times, to upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit you will need to do a clean install.

The error is always a bad installer. Where did you get Win7?

Confirm the ISO or download another, burn to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed.
