windows user accounts issue

i dont want my windows user accounts linked, i want to have a really sucure account and another that i download on. but not be connected. i was downlaoding on piaret bay and i saw that the programs where on both my windows accounts my admin and normal. please help me UN link the two

There is really no such way to accomplish what you want. Installed programs are technically available to all users by design. Your user accounts aren't "linked" in anyway.

My suggestion is to not use torrent sites and related one who are only a gateway to malware.
