Windows version of an LVM?

Dear Windows 7 forums, I apologise if this isn't a W7 question as such, more of a Server 2003 question, one which may be RAID related but my poor brain is currently broken due to hours or AD teachings!

Anyway, quick Q .. in Linux I have a file-server which has a Logical Volume defined.
This consists of TWO x 1 TB hard-disks "joined" to make a single mount point.

To access I simply open up konquerer and point to /usr/share/myLVM
I can save up to 2 TB of data into that folder and when it's full, simply add another physical disk and then include that in the LVM. The available space increases accordingly in that mount point.

My Q is, can I perform something similar with Windows server 2003?

I have a domain but unable to set AD permissions and ACLs to the file servers as they all run Linux LVMs.

I hope my post makes sense, please feel free to ask any questions you have if it doesn't!
Thank you for reading :)
