Windows won't boot. I think due to my motherboard

I have a custom built desktop and recently it has been blue screening quite often. I have tried some of the procedures to repair it but nothing has worked. Now i have encountered another problem. I restart my computer and it stays at a black screen with a small "99" in the bottom right of the screen.

NOTE: My motherboard has a small display that displays error codes. This also displays a "99"

My motherboard is the MSi Military Class II 990FXA-GD80

right now i cannot get past this screen.

That's the Debug LED Panel. On pg. 2-23 of the motherboard manual, it lists the DEBUG LED messages, but I don't see a "99" listed.



I recommend resetting the BIOS to their defaults (pg. 3-19 and 3-20 of the manual) and see if the system will reboot.

could be a few things, when you say you get code 99 does the computer stay running or does it turn off after awhile

check your video card make sure its seated ok, or if you can try another video, i had a bad video card once and gave me that code,

also check power supply might have gone bad.

I tried to push my video card in a little more but it didn't seem to move.

It just sits at the black screen with the 99 in the bottom right. I don't even get a boot message like the Military Class II logo or anything.
