Windows won't start after first restart

i tried everything, i can't install windows 7

- installation started without problem, it did first two steps(copying files, extracting files),
after this, computer restarted
and at the screen of "starting windows", it freeze, waited for a few hours nothing happened,

when the logo is going to show up, first frame of it show itself but after that nothing happens, computer freeze

- setup did not recognize my graphic card, because colors are terrible, it looks like my lcd screen shattered

-updated my bios long time ago, there is only one more update, but it is about sound

- i use my pc overclocked for years, opteron 2.25ghz(standart 1.8ghz), ddr500mhz(standart ddr400), don't think that the problem is becase of this

i have 2x1gb different brand rams, i tried to install windows without one of the 1 gb, nothing changed

- in bios, there is emulated pata and ahci for hdd type, i tried both, but didnt work

- installed ubuntu without any problem, not a single problem,

- i tried to boot from usb, but didn't work, installation didn't start (i used ultra iso to make usb bootable )

Sorry for my grammer, there is nothing left to do and i can't find an answer anywhere, i don't want to go back to XP

I recommend resetting your overclock for the time being.

Disconnect your video card and use onboard graphics for the time being. Sounds like that may be the issue.
