Windows Work Station not started error!

I receive this error stating that Windows Work Station not Started Error 1068 dependancy service or group failed to start. I tried to start the work station from services.msc but it failed

I am trying to log into my Acronis Account through their program.

I do not have a tab called log on in services listed. I do have a user's profile & it is set to automatic. It has four tabs General, Log on, recovery, dependences. The log on tab has a unchecked block that allows service to interact with desktop. The recovery 1st & 2nd are marked as restart. The 3rd is no action.

Is this the area you are talking about? I have checked & rechecked several posts through MS Support but mothing seems to work. I upgraded to Acronis True Image Home 2012 & it has been a mess on both my laptop & desktop. I receive the error when it tries to log me into their sync account. It's like I receive a windows event error log. Everything I try has failed to start the desktop work station.
