Every time the computer goes out when the lights shut off or when it is shut off improper i always get disk error and have to restart a million times till it finally works. I am wondering is their anyway to fix this with out having to reformat.

After boot up i do get options of it saying choose OS

Well, if you shut off your PC improperly very often then your disk may be damaged. Can you look up Rellocated Sector Count, Raw Read Error Rate etc. in S.M.A.R.T. information for your disk?
