Windows XP MODE question

When installing XP Mode and Virtual PC, can I install them on any HD in my system or does it have to be installed on the C: Win 7 Boot Drive ???????

As far as I know, if you install the XP Mode itself from the website it forces it upon your C: drive.

Windows XP mode installs like a regular application. It downloads anywhere like a DATA partition, but you want to install it to your OS drive, like any other application.

After installing it, I decided to integrate with VMWare player, so all my virtual machines are located together. I find it runs smoother in that VMWare that VirtualPC.
