This one blames your Audio (although the AMDPPM.sys driver is also involved)
As stated earlier, you probably have a hardware problem.

Are you overclocking? If so, stop the overclock and see if that stops the BSOD's.
If so, then the overclock is to blame.
An overclock failure is a hardware problem - so the only alternative is to NOT overclock as much.

Thank you for the response, I already reset my OC to default settings it seems my MoBo is not built for OCing. By the way, I updated my Audio from the biostar site. I'll reinstall the Audio to see if the error still occur. BTW, regarding to the AMDPPM.sys I think the error occur on Oct. 29, 2010. As I remember I didn't experienced any BSOD that time. I used my PC overnight, chatting with my love one and my friends, I even ran Driver Verifier while using my PC and still no errors until I shut down my PC. I'm just confuse why I get error on that day.

If you are having these errors and you're not overclocking - then there's a problem with your hardware.
More BSOD's won't help things - you've gotta fix whatever is wrong with the hardware.

Here's a post I did a long time ago about troubleshooting by removing hardware. I hope that it helps: Hardware Troubleshooting Via System Stripdown

Hi, I encountered BSOD again. I did my Memtest86 and both RAMs are in good shape, I freshly bought my RAM 4 days ago. I also scanned my PC using windows live onecare and I successfully finished it. After that, I ran SpeedFan and both my HDD are also in good condition. After I ran all those tests, I use my PC and few hours later I suddenly encountered BSOD. Please take a look to the file I attached. Maybe its hal.dll or something.. :(

That means that there was corruption in the virtual address space for the contents of memory.

Windows uses virtual memory for all programs, so there's virtual memory address space for every program. The Windows Memory Manager decides where this virtual memory is stored (in the RAM or in the pagefile) - or it decides that it's not needed and discards it.

Read the
How Does Virtual Memory Relate to Physical Memory (RAM)?
section of this article: The 4gB Memory Limit

Hello once again. Thanks for the information, it helps me understand more about virtual memories. It seems that my RAM slot is little dirty. I already cleaned it, and my system is running in a good condition. Yesterday I used my PC whole day and I didn't exprienced any errors. I'm just afraid if BSOD will occur once again. By the way, thank you very much once again. I'll post back for further update.
