Hi can anyone kindly help me analyze the bsod on my laptop?

I've been using my laptop for a week and had 2 instances of BSOD's with the same message.

One time it repeated in interval of 10~20 minutes for 5 times after I started the computer after bsod dumping. Here, I was running utorrent and was using a laptop cooler with an unstable power supply (via usb, bad connection). I uninstalled utorrent and stopped using the cooler and no longer had any problems

Same bsod (once only) couple days later. Only program running was Azureus which i used for couple of days with no problem.

I upgraded all drivers up to date (through the hp site). I use avira for antivirus.

Is this something I should be concerned about? laptop restarting once in a while does not bother me, but if it is an issue with the laptop :(((

Below's teh event log and attached is the dumpfile. I have hp envy 15 with i7 cpu and ATI 4830. Thanks
