Windows7 fail to boot,Winamp 5.666 build,added all presets

oh boy, i thought i had this all worked out,guess not..Was doing Winamp visuals and program crashed, used system restore to backup image 3 days ago, got black screen now using new Winamp build 5.666 with all presets ,was throwing one of many codes

It was throwing many codes as in what? Was there a bsod(s)?; or was it some other form of error that you got? I believe more info is needed here.
