WindowsBlinds Jacked up my PC per uninstall

I installed windows blinds from wincustomize... lets start there. I then decided I didnt like it. I uninstalled it. Now I am booting slowly. Receiving driver errors saying they arent all running. and possibly the most annoying LOOKING one...

Not the windows 7 aero theme buttons...

SO! I found every "WindowsBlinds" folder I could find, even whiped out an unloader for it, then did a system reset to before I installed it. It LOOKED like it worked, until I changed my theme from windows personalization..... same problems, all over again.

I am hoping not to have to do a clean install of windows. I have classes I need it for and it would be a particularly disappointing inconvenience, notto mention I did one 10 days ago exactly and am kinda getting sick of it.

Anyone know whats up? how might I be able to fix this or if there is a way to fix windows explorer and regestry without having to reinstall windows?

Ok, So i did more poking around... The X button problem is completely related and linked to themes I used with the application. my default windows aero theme and almost all of my personal themes are jank, the rest work fine! I ran about 5 more searches on win-customize, stardock, objectdock, and windowsblinds and found a bunch of files I missed, as well. I am hoping that solves my load speed problems.

Any ideas as to what win-blinds might affect in the registry so i can fix it? I also think I am gonna take a peak in sysinternals just to be sure there are no remnants of it left in startup, services or drivers.

Not sure deleting folders by name is a good idea and isn't really going to speed things up but possibly make them worse and create more errors
I would start by running a system file check http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html and seeing what you find

Thank you will do. Im not sure that if the 20+ randomly scattered folders, dlls, inis, bats and exes left over after UN-installation are good to keep either... seems like a bit of a catch 22 to me. Damned if I do damned if I dont.
