I got this problem on startup:

"There was a problem with winkcx32.rom......"

but ı dont find that file. and ı couldnt fix the problem. ı get it all startup.

please help me..!

This could be sign of a malware.

Download Malwarebytes and give a couple of scans.
Use your AV to also run scans for malware.

Lastly, use ESET Malware Removal which picks up malware and cleans the system smoothly.
