It's in the right folder-, Just tha I thought it only ran at startup? Does it run all the time as a process?

Their are nop issues except the stupid message about the DNS server not detetced-which seems a bit bogus.
System restore also fails even in safe mode
Winlogon.exe is a very important process, do not end the process. It takes care not only of login but also logout, taking care of that running applications and processes are shut down when logging out, rebooting or shutting down. It is also needed in user switching and locking Windows.
