Winodows Explorer appears when booted

Whenever I boot my Win 7 computer, nothing shows on the desktop except for Win 7 screen. Recently, Windows Explorer appears on the desktop whenever I boot the computer. Is there anyway to suppress opening of the windows explore during booting. Hummer

If none of that works try going into
HKey_Local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\policies\run

and see if there is any spyware in there.

That's what I found using Google and TomsHardware
