WinRar extract ! What the heck .. IM MIND SCREWED hElP!

i DOWNLOADED BOTH WINRAR and windows 7 download. Tried to extract winrar by putting in new folder it did nothing. My buddy and I stared and wondered what is going on ???????????????? Now his printer wont work. and im ready to spend 300$ on a new dell any info for me? their is also a user on his comp that has mac adress does that matter?

Your message is not at all clear. After you download WinRAR you have to install it. Did you do that and purchase a licence because WinRAR is shareware and shall only work for a limited period after it is installed.
