wins dual boot for dummys

i want to make a dual boot, but i know nothing about how to do it. i am running wins 7
and i have already downloaded wins 8 but i have not installed it yet. i have a c and d drive with very few things on my d drive, like pic`s and so on. please make it simple
because i dont know a lot about pc`s. thanks

yes i have downloaded it. thanks for letting me know, because i have been looking all over for it.
so i take it that if i installed wins 8 on my d drive it would still remove wins 7 from my c drive

I don't believe you will have the option of installing on your D: drive.
