So My laptop hangs Around .
When i Tried to End Process It It says Access Denied .
Any user Who Knew The Solution OF The Problem Please Provide the Solution To it As soon as possible.

Reboot in Safe Mode with Networking by tapping F8 during startup before the Windows 7 logo appears. Download the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-malware from Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes, install and run it. It should remove the infection to the point where your system is operational. Then uninstall whatever virus protection you have and replace it with the excellent Microsoft Security Essentials available for free for ever here: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

Malwarebytes is not operational ? And my lapi is sucking around with 60 % cpu

I need to make sure you both either INSTALLED or REINSTALLED Malwarebytes while your computer was running in SAFE MODE. If you did not perform the steps as specified the malware will DISABLE your anti-malware software. You MUST be in SAFE MODE and INSTALL or REINSTALL Malwarebytes and then perform a scan while still SAFE MODE. It will clean up enough that Security Essentials can finish the job and continue your protection.

i Installed Malwarebytes but it is not scanning and Malware bytes is not responding after 3 seconds .
Suggest a new Solution please Its is really irritating now !!!!!!
