winutils.dll missing

Hey All...TIA..

I have just installed the latest and greatest version of Dragon voice recognition (v.14, from Nuance).
When I try to execute the program. it tells me that the winutils.dll is missing, and that I should re-install, which I have done several times. Nuance techies tell me that it's a windows 7 issue, and that it's been deleted somehow. I've tried to research where this dll is so I can download it, but I have found precious little that appears to be reputable and/or informative and helpful. I did a scannow, on my ssytem but this dll is nowhere to be found on my system.

Anyone have any thoughts or info?

I am using Dragon naturally speaking 12 and I have that file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking12\Program.

Go to KnowBrainer Speech Recognition Forums and ask them about it they live and breath Dragon NaturallySpeaking.

winutils.dll missing SOLVED!

For some reason, Comodo security suite was preventing the file from being copied in, and deleting it. Excluding the Nuance folder in Comodo resolved the issue
