We haven't given you all of the troubleshooting steps yet, but were waiting back to hear on the early steps. You can give up if you want - but we don't. 
Next wipe the HD using Diskpart to try 64 bit install: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation,
Back up a System Image and/or the data as this will destroy everything on the HD, including possible corrupt code in the boot sector blocking install.
