Solved Wipe my drives?

I have 2 accesible drives (Other one being Samsung Recovery, its only readable and hidden).

First drive is C, where Windows Vista is installed on now, and drive D is my ''Games'' drive.

I want to completly wipe drive D, but still have it useable when I install Windows 7 on C.

Simplest method is to click on the drive and then "Format".

Make sure you are aware of the difference between a "Drive" and a "Partition".

If you want to thoroughly wipe the drive or partition.

If I use the Hard Drive Eraser, will it still be usable as a normal drive you can store files on afterwards?

Yes, the eraser merely wipes the data very thoroughly, it does not affect anything else.

Be absolutely sure you know what you are doing BEFORE you do it. If you wipe a drive or partition like this the data is for all practical purposes, gone forever.
